Hi, I’m Jonathan Hale. I founded Inventive Lighting Corp. in 2014 after spending many years in the world of lighting and production in Los Angeles. My experience ranged from being a hands-on technician to managing sales departments and eventually companies.

What began as a passion for creative work and good people has grown into a company I’m proud to lead. We now specialize in lighting, audio, and video for events and conferences that tell our client's stories.
